Once the betting round has completed a third set of cards are put on the table that anyone can use, this is called the flop. Then a fourth card is placed on the table that all players can use, this is called the turn. After the final betting round is complete the cards are revealed and the player with the highest ranked poker hand wins the pot.

Position is very important in poker, players with late positions have the advantage of being able to manipulate the pot on later betting streets. This makes it important to avoid calling re-raises with weak hands from early positions.
